it's getting worse
Every ten minutes one of my brothers pukes. Or they both together. And I have pretty high fever. My poor parents are kind of exhausted and pissed..
Anyway, I have a date with my haircutter. I'm not sure about what to get done. I need to get my hair trimmed because the ends are split and kind of jejune. I'll make my decision and tell you!
Now I'll go upstairs and watch some television with my mother.
Nice evening!
sick
Don't ask me how, I got a stomach flu... So my day's schedule looks like that: Sleeping, puking, headache, sleeping... and so on.
I hope YOU are all fine, because I'm not.
Have a nice day!
shopping showroom
I'm back home now and a little bit tired. I have to tidy my room. Nice evening, everybody!
Some of the things I bought today:
At my grandmother's
As you're able to read I'm at my grandmother's at the moment. Since we were in Leukerbad over Christmas we couldn't see her or celebrate with her earlier. So my grandmother and my grandfather in law invited us for tea this afternoon.
In the morning my mother and I went to the next city Mannheim. We bought a couple of Ski and a perfect matching jacket for her. In addition we went to H&M where I bought a Shirt, a dress, a jacket and some underwear. I will load up photos as soon as I am at home.
Maren works at "Engelhorn Sports" (where we bought the Ski stuff) and we met each other there. It was a funny situation and unfortunately she couldn't show me all the people she told me about. I'll visit you again and we'll see them guys ;)
So now I have to go down and eat. An exhausting habit of my family (as Gaetan already told me): eating. If anyone is bored food will be prepared and eaten. Now it is cheese-time. Oh yeah, matches perfect with the tons of Christmas goodies and coffee in my stomach. Wish I could lie in my bed and watch OC california instead ;)
Kiss!

Girls just wanna have fun
That's what happens if two friends don't know what to do:
I love you ♥ This is supposed to be our year.
2009!
HAPPY NEW YEAR ♥
Tomorrow is another year.
It's the last day of 2008. I can't believe it!
Today there had to be much stuff done. My mother and I have done some shopping because after our vacation the fridge is empty. We went to two different supermarkets and well, everything is prepared. We also had to clean and tidy up the kitchen. Not that kind of relaxing.
This evening will be different. Some of my very best friends and I will celebrate at Maren's. We'll have Raclette for dinner and I'll bring lead for "lead pouring" (the lead is melted and then poured into cold water; your future is then read from the shapes formed in the water). I'm looking forward to it :)
Anyway, there's still something left to do. What shall I do with my hair? I hate it. I'll take and upload some photos later.
Kiss!
Christmas Blabber.
Did I already mention that I love being home again? Probably. Maren called me at about 7.40 pm and we're still telephoning. There's so much to talk about. I can't believe I've just been away for 8 days.
What did you get for Christmas? I'm so sad I couldn't wish someone a merry christmas. But the internet cafe in Leukerbad has immoderately high prices and I'm afraid I prefer buying the latest Vogue issue than blogging. But let's revert to our primal theme: Christmas.
Since I'm going to the US next year for almost one year which is fairly expensive I didn't get much presents from my parents. Apart from that I am presented with perfume, chocolate, a Calvin Klein watch, books, a pullover and a jewelry doll. And my younger brother drew a sweet picture with horses for me, is he cute or what?
What about you? All wishes fulfilled? I hope so.
I definitely have to sleep. Tomorrow is sylvester and I'll stay awake VERY long. Good night, dears ;)
Hug!
back home after vacation
I'm back! We arrived at home at 6 pm after 5 and a half hours of driving. It was an amazing week!
Unfortunately the snow situation wasn't very good from the beginning and getting worse. So we just went skiing/snowboarding for 5 days instead of 7. On the last two days we had a little walk and went shopping. There is a great shop for snowboarding in Leukerbad. They also have clothes like Replay, G-Star, Roxy and brands like this. I bought a Snowboard accessory called "Rutschpad" (something like "no-sliding-pad").
After all it was a nice week but I'm happy to be home again.
Me in Leukerbad.
In love with Snowboarding!
Japanese peace!
Switzerland
Good morning! This is my last blog entry before I'll begin my journey to Switzerland. I'm very much looking forward to it.
It's been almost a year since I went skiing the last time. I really can't explain that feeling but I think those who also love snow and its sports will understand. I am so excited!
Unfortunately we don't have internet or at least a computer in our apartment (and i wasn't able to convince my parents to carry one there). So I won't have a chance of blogging as often as I do here. But I will visit the internet cafe.
If there wasn't as much stuff to do as it is, I would blog much longer. But my bag isn't ready yet.
I hope you're all able to finish Christmas shopping and enjoy the first days of our vacation. See you soon,
hug!
my new bag
The name of my brother's god mother is Roswitha. She currently lives at Tokyo because her husband is working there for five years. I do really like Roswitha because she's as interested in things like fashion and decoration as I am. So since my brother had his birthday on friday and Roswitha is in Germany during the Christmas holidays, she came to visit us. Here is what she brought for me. She has got the same one and seemed to get many compliments for it so she bought one of for me. Is this nice or what? Thank you so much!
As we all know this style will be in fashion next season because it is worn in Tokyo NOW!
Sunday!
Did you sleep well? Actually I didn't. Now I'm sitting here, pretty much stuffed (I had an amazing breakfast). And I'm talking to Maren on the telephone :)
Today I have to pack my suitcase. We'll leave tomorrow for vacation at our appartement in Switzerland. I'm really looking forward to it. I LOVE Snowboarding and Skiing. And I have both Ski and Snowboard. So it will be fun! Unfortunately I'll be lonely there because nobody of my friends has time to come with my. But I have my little brother who drives Ski well.
I'm not sure whether I have the chance of blogging during the vacation. I hope so! It would be a shame if not. Maybe my father carries his Laptop. Or his iPhone. We'll see!
I have to finish this entry now because I have to pack my suitcase. I'll blog again later,
hug!
saturday
Good Morning!
Yeah I know this is a little late. But I was in preparation for my little brother's birthday party the whole morning. My mother and I have baked some chocolate chip muffins, pretzels and cooked some meatballs. And I had to decorate our living room and the dining table. And the moment Niklas and his friends are at a Vikings showroom especially for kids at their age. The museum where it is hosted has had a few very interesting exhibitions I visited when I was young. For example about the German children's channel. They will be back in about one our and there is still stuff to do!
Yesterday evening was very long. Gaetan called me at about 8 o'clock. I was very confused and didn't know what to say. I feel so sorry I didn't even say "I miss you" but I will call again today to tell him. Ah okay, I DID say: "Tout, c'est seul sans toi maitenant".
At the moment I'm trying to get every picture made of us. I will probably load up at my Flickr gallery and tell you the link. I'm not sure about it yet. But here is a little kind of preview:
tea time
In a few minutes Gaetan arrives at home. And I'm here, about 8 hours away. On the picture below you can see the little present I gave him. It's a pet called EGAL because that's what he always said. Sometimes it was kind of annoying because he had no real opinion but I finally do not care about it.
He wrote such a cute letter and gave it to me with the condition I wouldn't read until he had left. Oh my god I just stood at the station and cried like a baby.
Then Marvin, Maren, Claire and I went to Starbuck's. I had a Chai Latte ♥ Time by time Nathalie and Zeliha joined us. After, Maren,Claire, Nathalie and I left for some Christmas shopping. Neither me nor the others (except Maren) bought something. But we had a fairly nice lunch at Peek and Cloppenburg's little coffee shop.
And now I'm sitting at home and wondering whether there is a chance of seeing the French again. Me and the others who had a good relationship to their exchange students are invited for next summer to come to Lorient. And there is the idea of meeting in Paris. I'm kind of ashame to say that I don't really believe in that. But I really, really hope. I just have to do.
But first I have to go upstairs and join the family. It's tea time.
Hug! ♥
happy birthday little brother!
Today it's my brother's 8th birthday. I gave him a little playmobil toy an some football stickers he really loves. He also got a Nintendo DS with a soccer game, a watch, books, other playmobil toys and he's going to get more this afternoon. Spoiled little boy. But I do love him.
In one hour and a few minutes the train to lorient leaves and I really hate the fact that Gaetan and the others are going to sit at the inside and travel home. Putain...
I will take some photos and write a big blog later,
hug!
Isn't he cute?
